Decrease Work Stress

You can decrease work stress as you increase your knowledge, communication, adaptability and mindfulness. And as your stress decreases at work, you will have more positive energy for all areas of your life.

This is what I keep telling myself anyway. Writing this recording has been super helpful for me as I make some changes at work this month.  I hope it can help you find new energy for your whatever job you do.  This recording is based off my experience, but it should apply to any type of work.  After all we all have bosses and colleagues of some sort that we need to communicate with.  We all need training and patience. And anyone can benefit from more knowledge.
