Many of us have turned off our communication with the subconscious because it is the easiest thing to do. But through hypnosis, you can communicate with your deeper self and use it to help you overcome negative thoughts, unconscious barriers or bad habits. The easiest way to communicate with that part of your brain is with symbols and emotions. My hypnosis recordings contain the elements that make it easy to communicate clearly.
Normally your subconscious guards your conscious mind from things that might hurt it. It gets really picky as you get even more set in your ways. But you can relax and get past the suspicious guardian. This makes it much easier to use your power for a higher good. Change is only made in a safe space. So in each hypnosis session, I will spend at least a third of the time helping you relax.
